May/June Month End Snapshots, 2014!

May and June were amazing Stomping months packed full of new adventures! The challenge has been to try to keep the number of pictures down to my usual fifty, or so. In the end it's a big one but I'm sure you'll agree worth the extra few minutes of viewing!

The perfect box arrived at the beginning of May and it stayed until the end of June. Watch for it in the coming pictures as the children apply their creative magic to it!

Tea time in the box.

Looking for Pill bugs.

This is a series of pictures of a group of children who had a good idea. They worked together for at least an hour using some amazing thinking and cooperative skills!

Ta Da!

This morning was the first time the youngest group of Stompers had and opportunity to explore the basket of rope, sheets and clothes pin. It didn't take them long to figure out some great ideas on how to use it all. I think den building must be innate!

Banana slug

This Stomper was very excited to go to the river. We were actually going to go in it. He decided he needed a fishing rod!

Candles in the mud kitchen!

They were very surprised to find out that candles float!

We hope you have a wonderful summer full of family fun!
See you in September...
Thanks for Stomping by!
